A. Image Data (Face Data)
To provide our core service—generating professional headshots—we require you to upload selfie images.
- How we use it: We use your uploaded photos solely to generate AI-enhanced portraits. These images are processed by our AI partners (see Section 3).
- Data Retention: Your original uploaded photos and the generated images are processed temporarily. We do not build a permanent database of your face, nor do we use your data to train public AI models.
- TrueDepth API: If applicable, we only use camera data to capture the photo you intend to process.
B. Usage Data
We may collect information on how the App is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), device type, version, and other diagnostic data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service.
- To allow you to use interactive features (generating photos).
- To provide customer support.
- To monitor the usage of our Service.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party companies to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"). These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
- Fal.ai / Replicate: We use these services as our AI processing engine. Your photos are sent securely to their servers for the sole purpose of generating the output image and are deleted shortly after processing.
- Google Firebase: We use Firebase for backend infrastructure, authentication, and analytics.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not process or store your credit card information directly; this is handled by the Google Play Store.
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, including HTTPS encryption for all data transfers. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
